Certification for Handy Quilter Moxie XL For the do-it-yourself enthusiast, we offer a comprehensive 4 hour training class that empowers you to become a proficient longarm quilter. Our hands-on training class will teach you everything you need to know, from loading the quilt, bobbin winding, threading, preparation, to troubleshooting common problems. Upon successful completion of the certification class, you gain the privilege of renting our high-quality longarm machines at an hourly rate. Details: $100 for 4 hour Certification Class Available most Sundays beginning at 11am, 12pm, or 1pm. Times are somewhat flexible, just give us a call! Certification Class teaches you: - Loading your quilt - Bobbin winding - Threading the longarm - Proper quilt preparation - Troubleshooting common problems What to Bring: All you need to bring to Certification is a pen, notebook, and enthusiasm for learning! All other training materials will be provided. Terms & Conditions for Certification: - No food or drinks in vicinity of longarm - Student is responsible for needle breaks - If bobbin case is dropped or damaged, student is responsible for replacement Stacy's requires completion of our Longarm Certification before you can book Longarm Rental Time. In some cases, more than 1 class may be required in order to pass Certification.
